We specialise in the supply and installation of custom marine flooring for vessels, including the use of DECKD products. All services are subject to availability, site/vessel inspection, and confirmation in writing.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time and may be subject to change following inspection or changes to scope.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 14 days.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated on the quote.

3. Booking and Payment

A deposit will be required to secure a booking.

Full payment is required upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made as soon as possible.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, supplier delays, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Use of DECKD Products

DECKD products are supplied and installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Any manufacturer warranties applicable to DECKD products are provided by DECKD and not by FLRD Custom Marine Flooring.

Our workmanship warranty (if applicable) will be outlined separately.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your vessel

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the vessel during agreed times

Remove or secure personal belongings prior to installation

Disclose any known issues that may affect installation (e.g. structural defects, moisture issues)

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
